Olympia: World Champion Lassizkene wins high jump gol
High-jump world champion Marija Lassizkene won Olympia-Gold for the first time and brings the first victory to the athletes of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) in the last stadium decision. The 28-year-old prevailed in a gripping competition with 2.04 m in front of the Australian Nicola McDermott (2.02).
