Azaan is the next champion of the paladins, and he could be a little naughty

Today has seen the unveiling of a very special trailer, featuring the future champion of the Paladins: Azaan, the LORD. It is a big guy with even greater implications for the tradition of paladins, but we will cover them a little. For now, we have a great teaser to watch.

Azaan reveals a front-line role - he will be the one who will suffer damage and challenge the goals, and will come out unscathed. While the trailer itself offered few manifest clues from the toolbox, there are still broader details on which speculate. Given its role in the fighting scene and Giant Yagorath that it has dropped into oblivion, it is possible that it can assume an anti-rail role - with a kit focused on deleting the specific targets of the game. Judge for yourself with the trailer below:

Azaan is striking in a striking way to another champion of the paladins, also presented in the revelation video. It is the Furia combat angel, which plays a more important role. And this is not a coincidence - both share an interesting connection in tradition. According to one of the people at the origin of the design of Azaan, Azaan and Furia share an origin, although in different ways. Furia is a human given the power of the stake. Azaan was born inside.

Azaan - new champion gameplay (v1) On top of that, there seems to be a growing mystery surrounding the place of Azaan in the tradition of paladins. While his design transmits the theme of divine anger manifested in human form, we do not know exactly where his crusade will end. Several official Twitter account tweets of the palalds refers to a more insidious goal of the Azaan mission, with more details (probably) to come as we learn more about his character.

On a lighter note, an Reddit article has shown some of the first artistic concepts of the character, taking a much more drastic form. The design is, as the children say, totally rad - and something that, hopefully, will be a buyable day in the form of skin.
