The acquisition amount is 6 million, an English pound (approximately 990 million yen), which will pay a maximum of 24 million British pounds (about 4 billion yen) by satisfying specific conditions by December 2027. The acquisition procedure is expected to be completed today.

JUMPS HIP was established in 2017 with Dino Patti, a co-founder of Limbo and Inside, Played, the animator, CHRIS OLSEN, who was active in the film industry. In the same year, he announced the SF action adventure game Somerville and attracted a lot of attention.
